Development Studies Programme
Many Palestinians participated in the research and debates on the issue of the Palestinian constitution through the Palestinian Constitution and Human Development Requirements project. The Development Studies Program attempted to cover all aspects of this debate. The project began in March 2003 as community outreach and research activities that concentrated on activating the concept of human development ,detailed in the human development report Palestine, 2002.
