- Nineteen participants with secondary schooling or above took part in this 64-hour training course. The training was held in the Beer al-Saba’ region, during the period of 21/6/2000 – 22/7/2000.
- Training involved a number of lectures and applied training to address: the problem of illiteracy, old and new ways for learning reading skills, education of women, means of communication, incentives and motivation for adult education, methods to prepare teaching memos, grading and evaluation, methods of adult education, teaching and learning the Arabic language, writing prose, and learning Arabic grammar.
