The project aims to produce a research paper with the aim of understanding and analyzing the reality of youth participation in the West Bank refugee camps and their role in improving their living conditions inside and outside the camp. It also aims to understand the role of institutions working with young refugees and how these youths are being involved the various activities held by these institutions. In addition, the research aims to further understand what is required to enhance such participation. In this study, recommendations will be made to the Department of Refugee Affairs in order to build a youth strategy for the department, which in turn, will help develop its policies and roles towards young Palestinian refugees living inside and outside the camp.
