The CDS held a talk on October 8th, 2025 as part of CDS Talk Series and as part of the project Researching research in the Palestinain context, in partnership with Cork University.
The speaker was Mr. Ubai Aboudi from Bisan Center for Research and Development speaking on research and methodologies and the role of research in the Palestinian context.
This included discussing the dominant methodologies in the work of Bisan in addition to their perspective on dominant methodologies utilized by reseach centers and organizations, in addition to ethical questions in general, and those pertaining to work with children.
The talk included participation and discussion from various representatives of local organizations and research centers, in addition to attendance by academics and students from Birzeit Unviersity.
