The CDS held a talk on Wednsday, September 24th, 2025 as part of CDS Talk Series and as part of the project Researching research in the Palestinain context, in partnership with Cork University. The speaker in the talk was Mr. Mohammad Mahajneh from YMCA Palestine.
The talk focused on the challenges of working with released Palestinian child prisoners. This included how to deliver psycho-social support in such complex cases. The talk also focused on the topic of child prisoners in Palestine, their realities, and their experiences in returning to their communities post freedom from prison.
